Description: Fine Hellenistic silver ring featuring a crab in an openwork design. Very fine workmanship. Said to have been found in Rhodes. Unusual and rare.
Ring Size: 8.5 (18.5mm in diameter)
Condition: Intact except minor chips and negligible fissure on lip. Slight encrustation.
Provenance: Formerly in a West Coast, USA, collection.
