Final Results of the Diniacopoulos Sale

Many thanks to all who participated in our special mail bid offering of the Diniacopoulos Collection. Bidding was extremely strong across the board as evidenced by the results: 82% of the objects offered sold including an astounding 85% in the main antiquities session (Lots #1-79).

We were extremely pleased to play a role in the history of this highly regarded collection. Moreover, we were excited to offer these objects direct from the estate, enabling all who are on our active mailing list to consider objects that have not been on the market in 50 to 90 years. Many objects in the collection were acquired by Olga and Vincent Diniacopoulos directly from excavations in Egypt early in the last century.
